Six Flags Night

So every year Georgia Tech does a Six Flags night which is pretty cool. You buy a ticket ($13 online right now, $18 after) and pick a bus ride time over to Six Flags and the entire park belongs just to Tech. meaning you can ride most of the rides pretty easily. If you guys want to, we can totally go as a group or if you hate me that much, we don't have to go together at all.

Taking Woodstock

So, Taking Woodstock looks like a pretty good movie. We're gonna' go see it Saturday, September 12 in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the housing vans can't be rented by PLs anymore, so we'll catch the grocery shuttle. Just so I know, send me an e-mail or facebook message or something so I'll know if you're interested.

1) Go to www.housing.gatech.edu

2) Scroll to the bottom of the page

3) Select "Maintenance Request"

4) Fill out the form

5) Eat a sandwich

6) Click submit

Because the CRC is a wonderful resource and because the leisure pool is really nice, do any of you want to hit it up as a group? I was thinking sometime next week after everyone is done with classes and we can go ride on the water slide and stuff. Football Tickets

So because I suck, I completely forgot to mention the football ticketing process at our floor meeting. You should've gotten an e-mail about how to register for tickets and what your options are, but I'll give you a brief summary here:

You can register for a season ticket which costs $36 and gets you a guaranteed seat at every game. You can register with a pre-loaded block if you know the name and password for it or you can register for an individual season ticket. If you want to just sit with your friends at the games but still want the season ticket, you can all register for the individual and go pay at the same time so you'll get seat reservations next to each other. You can also just wait for single game tickets which you'll register for before each game. Unfortunately, these can be rare as a lot of people will be competing for them.

FE South (which is a pretty huge group) has set up a block and you're welcome to sign up for it. Here's the information about that:

If you want to do this, you need to have $36 bucks in cash to give me so I can turn it in and you can get your ticket. I need to have the money by August 25th.
